Soak the walnuts in boiling water for about an hour, then blend them with mushrooms to create a plant-based meat mixture.
Heat the walnut and mushroom mixture on the stove, seasoning it thoroughly. Add a little soy sauce and plant-based Worcestershire sauce, and cook until well combined.
In a separate pan, sauté half a diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until softened. Combine with the meat mixture and add a full jar of pasta sauce. Set aside.
In a cast iron skillet, melt a stick of plant-based butter and mix in a can of full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk. Add vegan cheeses and season to taste, creating an Alfredo sauce.
Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then toss it in the Alfredo sauce. Spread the meat sauce on top, sprinkle with more cheese, and bake until bubbly.
