Place turkey steaks on Cling Film, overlap them, cover with another sheet of Cling Film, flatten with a saucepan

Mix sausage meat and stuffing, spread on turkey sheet, season, roll up and refrigerate

Cut and prepare potatoes, parsnips, and carrots, drizzle with oil, bake for 10 minutes
