Preheat oven to 190°C
Place turkey steaks on Cling Film, overlap them, cover with another sheet of Cling Film, flatten with a saucepan
Mix sausage meat and stuffing, spread on turkey sheet, season, roll up and refrigerate
Cut and prepare potatoes, parsnips, and carrots, drizzle with oil, bake for 10 minutes
Remove tray, add turkey roll, roast for 1 hour
Prepare gravy by whisking granules in water, brush onto turkey
Roast turkey for additional 15 minutes after brushing with gravy
Fry sprouts and cabbage in a pan
Rest turkey, carve, and serve with veggies and gravy
