Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
For the base, mix together 20 g instant oats, 50 g magerquark, 1 egg white, 20 g applesauce, baking powder, and erythritol. Spread this mixture evenly in a baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine 180 g magerquark, 1 whole egg, 8 g vanilla pudding powder, vanilla, and erythritol. Stir until very smooth and pour over the base.
Cut 150 g strawberries into pieces and gently press them into the cheesecake mixture.
Bake the cheesecake for approximately 35 minutes. Once baked, spread 75 g high protein vanilla pudding over the top and allow it to cool.
For the crumbles, mix 18 g instant oats, 20 g magerquark, 5 g protein powder, erythritol, and cinnamon. Crumble the mixture between your fingers and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
Optionally, add extra strawberries on top before serving and enjoy your delicious high-protein treat.
