- 1 240ml (1 cup) chicken stock
- 1 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1 tbsp grated orange zest
- 1 120ml (½ cup) rice vinegar

- 1 2 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 1 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1½ tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
