In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, and grated ginger.
Add chicken wings to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook according to package instructions.
Cut the broccoli into florets. Toss with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
In a pan over high heat, char the broccoli until slightly blackened and tender.
Finely slice the red chilli and spring onions. Chop the coriander.
Once the rice is cooked, mix in the red chilli, spring onions, and coriander. Squeeze lime juice over the rice and stir.
Serve the chicken wings with the spicy rice and charred broccoli on the side.
