1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
2. For the chicken wings, in a large bowl, mix the wings with 1 tbsp of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
3. Place the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
4. While the wings are cooking, scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into wedges. Toss with 1 tbsp of olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally for even cooking.
6. For the coleslaw, finely shred the white cabbage and grate the carrot. In a bowl, mix the vegetables with mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
7. Once the chicken wings and potato wedges are cooked, serve them hot with the coleslaw on the side. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
